These Terms govern your use of MadTivi. By requesting a trial, purchasing a plan, or using our services you agree to them. Please read carefully.
1. Who we are
MadTivi operates as an independent third-party reseller. We do not own, host, or provide the underlying IPTV streams or media content; all streaming infrastructure is operated by upstream suppliers.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity under your account. Sharing credentials beyond your plan's connection limit may result in service interruption.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes and to comply with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is legal where you live.
4. Plans and billing
Plans are prepaid for the term you select and do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew. Access is activated on payment confirmation. Prices are shown at checkout.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as playback depends on upstream suppliers and your own internet connection. We are not liable for temporary outages beyond our control.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
