We want you to be happy with your subscription. That's why we offer a free trial first — and a fair refund window on your first purchase.
1. Try before you buy
Every customer can request a free trial before purchasing. We strongly encourage testing the service on your own devices first — it's the best way to confirm the channels and quality you need.
2. First-purchase guarantee
If you experience a technical issue we can't resolve within 24 hours of your first purchase, you're entitled to a full refund of that purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Message us on Telegram with your username and a short description of the issue. We'll always try to fix the problem first — most issues are resolved in minutes.
4. Exclusions
Refunds do not cover issues caused by your own internet connection, unsupported hardware, or violations of our Terms of Service. Renewals and credit-pack purchases for resellers are non-refundable once credits are enabled.
